TIM JOYNER

Tim is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas with a BS in Civil Engineering from Memphis State University.  He has over fifteen years experience in all facets of public water systems, most recently with United Water of Arkansas, a privately owned Company serving the community water system in Pine Bluff, Arkansas with a population of 50,000, 18,900 customers and revenues of $7.5 million.  At United he was the Operations Manager and Engineer.  He brings a broad range of executive management and technical expertise to Cabot to meet the challenges of operation and strategic planning of water and wastewater systems and infrastructure for the second fastest growing City in Arkansas.
